Cancellation Policy
Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking (applied to total). Balance: Remaining 75% due upon delivery of final images. Cancellations / Reschedules: Free reschedule or cancellation up to 48 hours before your session. Within 48 hours, deposit is forfeited (covers reserved slot). Weather: Photographer may reschedule at no charge in case of unsafe or poor weather. Delivery: All images delivered digitally via private online gallery. Usage Rights: Personal and commercial usage included per package level. Extended licensing available upon request.
